Feel free to substitute your favorite wines because it’s all about what tastes best to you and your guests. This is a great alternative to the “big” Thanksgiving dinner or this can be a special dinner tasting event with friends.

Amuse Bouche

- Wine – Gewurztraminer: Can be dry or sweet. These wines are highly aromatic with floral touches and spice notes such as cloves or nutmeg that will pair perfectly with the Butternut Squash Soup.
