From Mendoza, Argentina- Malbec is an intense, fruity, medium-bodied, spicy wine, both in flavor and in fact (it's 70 percent of the blend, with equal parts Merlot and Cabernet making up the balance). It has some wood notes, violet and cherry aromas, and soft, sweet flavors.
