Easy 2 ingredients - Low Carb Pancakes!
I love this easy, delicious, low carb pancake recipe. If you are on a low carb diet and really miss pancakes you should try this quick 2 ingredients recipe! These taste like banana pancakes with a light airy consistency.
Ingredients for 1 serving (2 pancakes):
- 1 egg
- 1 banana
The directions are just as easy...
Directions:
- Mix ingredients together.
I mixed in these two ingredients in my Nutra Bullet but any mixer or blender will work. - Pour into heated non stick pan or pan coated with non-stick spray, olive oil or butter.
- Flip when each side is golden brown.
- Serve with Cary's sugar free syrup and butter.
These delicious pancakes pair great with Champagne, sparkling wine or a Mimosa (Champagne & orange juice).
