Fast Salisbury Steak & Corn

Here is my fast, easy & low carb recipe for Salisbury Steak.

 If you are short on time but still want a delicious, healthy meal try this dish. It pairs great with just about any red wine or blush wine.

Instructions

  1. Fry hamburger patties in a pan, and set a side. Saute sliced mushrooms in hamburger pan.
  2. In a sauce pan combine both, mixed vegtables, garlic, salt, pepper, creole seasoning and butter, then bring to boil. 
  3. Use an immersion blender and make the sauce smooth. Then add the cream.
  4. In a separate cup mix cornstarch and cold water. Stir it to a smooth consistency.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture slowly to the sauce while stirring over a medium high heat. Stop when your sauce has thickened. Pour sauce over meat and top with mushrooms.
  6. Put the shucked corn in boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender and serve with Salisbury Steak.
