Here is my fast, easy & low carb recipe for Salisbury Steak.
If you are short on time but still want a delicious, healthy meal try this dish. It pairs great with just about any red wine or blush wine.
Instructions
- Fry hamburger patties in a pan, and set a side. Saute sliced mushrooms in hamburger pan.
- In a sauce pan combine both, mixed vegtables, garlic, salt, pepper, creole seasoning and butter, then bring to boil.
- Use an immersion blender and make the sauce smooth. Then add the cream.
- In a separate cup mix cornstarch and cold water. Stir it to a smooth consistency.
- Add the cornstarch mixture slowly to the sauce while stirring over a medium high heat. Stop when your sauce has thickened. Pour sauce over meat and top with mushrooms.
- Put the shucked corn in boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender and serve with Salisbury Steak.
